Shipping policy

We offer Route Shipping insurance on each package; however, the customer may decline protection at checkout.  Route is an independent shipping insurer and determines all pricing and applicability of its services.  We cannot alter or modify their pricing or conditions.  Customer assumes all responsibility for damages during shipping on shipments where Route protection was declined.

You may choose your shipping speed and delivery service at checkout. Please make sure to read the estimated time as we are not responsible for delivery times once, we turn it over to the shipping carrier.

Orders are shipped first class with USPS unless you choose differently. Shipping times with them average 2-6 days. For faster shipping please upgrade to priority service or a different carrier.

If any image is received damaged, please contact us and the carrier. The only way anything will be covered is if you buy insurance on the shipping. We have no responsibility of any damage after we have turned it over to the carrier since we offer shipping protection.
