Refund policy

Thank you so much for shopping with Scorpio 65 Designs. We want our customers to be happy so if you have any questions about our products, please don't hesitate to ask before purchasing. The most common issue could arise due to ordering the wrong size print. Please double check with our product descriptions to ensure you order the right size. The second most common issue could arise due to uploading custom files that don't meet print standards. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Customer submitted files must be print ready. This means that the file is 300 DPI with a transparent background. No colors will be changed, and your order will be printed as is. All files must be sized to the transfer size you are purchasing. Designers design in RGB and we print with CYMK inks. Colors may vary by computer screen vs. printed product. We are not responsible for pixelated Artwork. Customer submitted files will get printed the way they are submitted. We print all custom, uploaded by the customer, files as is. Printed colors may vary from digital mock-ups of a design and refunds will not be issued due to this. 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR POOR QUALITY OF PRINTS. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If any image is received damaged, please contact us and the carrier. The only way anything will be covered is if you buy insurance on the shipping. We have no responsibility of any damage after we have turned it over to the carrier since we offer shipping protection. 

Refunds On Shirts - We do not offer refunds on shirts due to the fact that you the customer picks the size, color, and type of item to place in the cart and then can review at check out. If we on our end make a mistake on the size, color, and type of item or the print of the image on the item we will replace it asap for you.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations after the order is placed as we go into production as quick as we can, we are sorry for any inconvenience.

When Discounts Do Not Apply

BOGO sales do not include custom prints.

Shipping/Address Mistakes

We do not refund shipping charges once an item has been shipped, unless a shipping mistake has been made on our side of the order. If your item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, refused shipping or because of a non deliverable address, then we will contact you and you will be required to pay for additional shipping to have the item shipped to you correctly.
